Lifting procedures FOB NNPC1) Buyer will write letter of intent(LOI) attached with the profile of the company buying2) Buyer will pay $3000 for lifter form.3) Buyer will come down to Nigeria to pay the lifter-fee and re-assignment registration fees.4) Buyer will nominate the suitable shipping line or his choice to enable NNPC communication in order to give the proof of product to the shipping line for vessel programming on the buyers name.5) This cargo is sold on premium and no discount bought in NNPC understanding with OPEC.6) This loading is an arrangement of the President. All the loading days/operation days is five working(5)days.7) NNPC can use JV Allocation or use NNPC allocation direct.8) On the fifth day, you will send SGS to go on board of the vessels i.e pick their sample to enable them give the state of origin report for cargo documentation.9) Immediately SGS releases their report, buyer will take the report to NNPC
